I'm such an East Coast girl, but I also have roots in Toronto, Texas, the Pacific Northwest and most of all, Chicago (my home town). As a nativized Bostonian (sic), I do have a tendency to forget about what lies west of the Hudson, indulged as I am by the homogeneity of pop culture where so much revolves around Eastern Standard Time. If you happen to be a knitter in Los Angeles who can be moved out of your cozy spot on Thursday, and would like to prove to this Yankee how awesome are the knitters out your way, please come! Stephanie would like for you to sign up ahead of time so she knows how much bubbly to put on ice, and I do believe there is a small cover charge which will go toward any purchase you make that night (and how could you resist?) We hope to see you there.
